Managing AudioServe User Accounts

If you subscribe to the AudioServe ad management platform, your company admin can add or remove users from your account by following the instructions below.

User Types

Agency Admin – Gives the user full control of AudioServe, and the ability to add, remove, edit Users

Trafficker – Has all the same abilities as an Agency Admin, EXCEPT they DO NOT have access to User Management and Roles

Planner – This is like a view-only role, eaning they can track pacing of campaigns, pull reports, prepare RFP via inventory forecasting, but CANNOT traffic or augment any campaigns

Create a New User

1. Log into your Audioserve admin account.

2. On the upper right, click the drop-down arrow next to your name.  Then, select User Management.

3. Click on the + Create new user button.

4. Fill in the fields and click Save to create the new user.

Edit an Existing User

1. Log into your Audioserve admin account.

2. On the upper right, click the drop-down arrow next to your name.  Then, select User Management.

3. Find the user you wish to edit.  Click on their hamburger menu on the far right and then select Edit user.

4.  Make the desired edits and click Save changes.

Delete a User

1. Log into your Audioserve admin account.

2. On the upper right, click the drop-down arrow next to your name.  Then, select User Management.

3. Find the user you wish to delete.  Click on their hamburger menu on the far right and then select Remove user.
