How do I log into TopLine?

I received a presentation from TopLine months ago and I would like the data updated. What should I do?  

Click on Client Research on the left side of your TopLine dashboard and search for the name of the request. Click on the request in your search results. 

From there, click on the Request edits button.

Follow the steps and let us know to update the Presentation under “Special Instructions,” and then Submit.

 

I submitted my research request, but I forgot to add something. What do I do? 

If the request has been submitted but not delivered to you yet, call us at 877-221-7979 or email us at vipsupport@futurimedia.com. You can also “chat” with a TopLine support agent by clicking on this icon on the lower right-hand side of your dashboard.

We have a very responsive support team waiting to take your call or your email! Just let us know what information you forgot to add and we will communicate it with our team.

 

I just received my Presentation and I have a question about the data and possibly some revisions. Can I speak with an analyst?  

Yes!  Call us at 877-221-7979, email us at vipsupport@futurimedia.com, or send us a chat message (see the previous question). Our TopLine support team will look up your request and answer your questions or put you in touch with the analyst who completed it. 

If you already know revisions are needed, click on Client Research on the left side of your TopLine dashboard and search for the name of the request. Click on the request in your search results. 

From there, click on the Request edits button.

Follow the steps and let us know to update the Presentation under “Special Instructions,” and then Submit.

 

I need my request completed more quickly than your standard deadline. Can you process rush requests?

We know that sometimes you need a quick turnaround, and although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your request more quickly than our standard deadlines, we like to try! Give us the opportunity to accommodate your quick-turn needs. Submit your request and let us know when you need it in the Special Instructions. We will communicate with you if it cannot be done or possibly offer options for a different type of deliverable. 

 

I ordered TopLine Insights and I love the research you pulled! How do I turn this into a Presentation? 

Click on Client Research on the left side of your TopLine dashboard and search for the name of the request. Click on the request in your search results. 

From there, click on the Request edits button.

I submitted a research request, but I forgot what due date I selected. Where can I check?

Go to Client Research on your dashboard. Requests that have been submitted and are still in progress will be at the top of the screen. By clicking anywhere inside the card, you will be able to see all the details of the request including the due date.

 

Where do I find my Station Snapshots and Positioning Pieces in TopLine?

Click on Instant Insights on the left side of your dashboard. By entering the word “snapshot” in the search bar you should be able to see all of your station and cluster snapshots. Entering a specific set of call letters will return all the positioning pieces and snapshots for that station. Enter the word “cluster” to see all the different positioning pieces currently available in your dashboard.

 

I need changes to my Station Snapshots. How do I request this? 

First, you must have Manager access in TopLine to request or make revisions to station/cluster snapshots or positioning pieces.  Once you’ve located the snapshot you would like to revise, simply click on the card for that snapshot. Then, click Request changes and follow the simple steps.

 

I just received my Infographic. Can I have this in Powerpoint?

We create our Infographics in Adobe Illustrator in order for them to look clean and sleek. However, we can upload your Infographic onto a Powerpoint slide if you are trying to include that Infographic in a larger presentation. I am not able to see Instant Insights or Client Research on my dashboard. Where do I find those buttons?

Make sure your sidebar is not collapsed by looking in the lower-left corner of your screen. If you see a double-arrow pointing to the right, click on that icon. That will open up the sidebar and you will see the options spelled out.
